Booking
Booking is done in a few simple steps: indicate your dates and delivery address, choose your car, confirm your reservation and we deliver the car to the specified address. Payment is made securely online.
Yes, you can modify your dates or change cars up to 48 hours before the start of the rental, subject to availability. Contact us directly by phone or WhatsApp for any modification request, we will explore the possibilities according to our availability.
You must present a valid driver's license (held for more than 2 years), an ID card (or passport) and a credit card in your name for the security deposit.

Cars
Our cars are provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned the same way. If the car is not returned with a full tank, additional charges will be applied for the missing fuel plus service fees.
Our fleet is rigorously maintained and checked after each rental. All our cars undergo regular servicing and complete cleaning to ensure you have a pleasant and safe driving experience.
Yes, you can choose a specific model when booking. However, in some cases (unavailability, maintenance...), we might offer you a similar car of the same category with equivalent features to ensure your satisfaction.

Payment
We accept several payment methods: cash, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and bank transfers. Choose the payment method that suits you best when booking.
A security deposit is pre-authorized on your credit card when picking up the car. This amount is not debited unless there is damage or infractions. It is automatically released within 7 days after returning the car without incident.
Our pricing is transparent and includes basic insurance. Additional options such as additional driver, GPS, or baby seat can be added for a fee. Everything is clearly indicated before confirming your reservation.

Insurance and Assistance
The included basic insurance covers civil liability and car damage with a deductible. You can opt for premium insurance that reduces or eliminates the deductible and offers additional protections.
In case of accident or breakdown, immediately contact our assistance service available 24/7. We will organize the breakdown service and, if necessary, a replacement car according to your contract conditions.
Yes, roadside assistance is included in all our rentals. It covers breakdown service, towing, and depending on circumstances, a replacement car in case of breakdown or accident.
